Obasanjo, clerics to tackle corruption at seminar

NIGERIA: EX-PRESIDENT Olusegun Obasanjo will lead Christian leaders at a seminar to examine the roles of

church in tackling corruption in the country.

Obasanjo will be speaking at the seminar with the theme “The role of the church in the fight against corruption in Nigeria” put together by the Victory Life Bible Church (VLBC), Abeokuta.

The General Overseer of the VLBC, Apostle Lawrence Achudume, said in a statement that the seminar is scheduled to hold on Saturday, April 8 by 10am‎, at ‎VLBC premises at Kilometre 9, Olabisi Onabanjo Way, opposite OGTV Ajebo, Abeokuta.

Achudume also said that other clerics and speakers to speak alongside Obasanjo at the event are Dr. Felix Omobude, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, Pastor Sam Adeyemi, Rev. Kunle Adesina, and Bishop Tim Gbasha.
